Responsibilities
Assist in preparing basic project plans and status updates
Help coordinate communication between internal teams and customers
Support tracking project timelines and identifying potential issues for escalation
Assist in executing sales plans for the assigned region
Help identify new opportunities with existing and prospective customers
Maintain customer data, reports, quote logs, and documentation
Participate in customer visits and calls with senior team members
Support basic application development and present simple value-add solutions
Assist in troubleshooting by gathering information and documenting issues
Relay information between customers and engineering/manufacturing teams
Address tooling issues on the customer’s shop floor
Learn MAPAL tooling applications and assist in providing customer instruction
Requirements
Associate degree, technical certification, trade school training, or equivalent hands-on experience
0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, machining, tooling, or technical support
Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to make independent decisions confidently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present, persuade, and sell value
Able to think creatively and develop ‘outside-the-box’ solutions
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
