Responsibilities
Drive sustainable sales growth and market share expansion within the Asia Global Travel Retail channel.
Build partnerships with key retailers, airports, and distributors to ensure brand visibility and profitability.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
Manage customer relationships and negotiate contracts with duty-free operators and airport authorities.
Expand Campari’s footprint in strategic hubs and secure new concession opportunities.
Collaborate with global and local teams on product launches for travel retail.
Ensure premium brand visibility and optimize trade marketing initiatives.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L accountability for the region.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of commercial experience in FMCG, luxury, or spirits industry, with at least 5 years in travel retail.
Proven track record in sales growth, contract negotiation, and customer relationship management.
Strong understanding of the Asia GTR landscape and airport concession dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English; additional Asian languages a plus.
