About the role
- Client Relationship Analyst engaged in managing customer experiences and collaborating with various internal teams at Tenda. Responsible for issue resolution and customer satisfaction metrics oversight.
Responsibilities
- Continuous interaction with various departments to improve the customer experience (issue resolution);
- Monitoring performance against targets for delivered keys and NPS. Weekly tracking of results and activity KPIs;
- Management of materials included in the customer kit (manual, terms, keys);
- Management of keys received for handovers;
- Onboarding of the condominium manager (syndic);
- Site visits to construction projects to enable client inspections;
- Crisis prevention management;
- Preparation of photographic reports and summaries of project status for management reporting;
- Handling complaints received via Reclame Aqui, Procon, Ombudsman, and Legal.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience with presentations and leading workshops or trainings;
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate across departments;
- Proactivity and strong organizational skills.
