Analyst developing and executing workforce plans for JetBlue's Airports labor, optimizing labor usage and efficiency. Collaborating across teams to streamline operations and improve decision-making.
Responsibilities
Generate and maintain headcount models and schedules for Airports front-line and supervisor workforces
Optimize and administer real-time workforce system for selected large cities
Support select large cities by delivering real-time, data-driven problem-solving solutions as issues arise
Perform ad-hoc studies using data-based analyses
Proactively identify areas of risk and opportunity with respect to workforce utilization
Develop robust workforce reporting and auditing systems
Support goal development for operational business units
Build and fosters relationships with internal and external customers including conducting regular meetings and training events
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant experience
One (1) year of experience in analytical or airline operations role
Strong capabilities with Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrate proficiency in Excel through a work sample during the hiring process
Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills combined with business judgment and the ability to communicate with senior leadership
Self-starter who is eager to participate and contribute in teams
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Available for occasional overnight travel (up to 5%)
Must pass a pre-employment drug test
Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
