About the role

  • HR Analyst responsible for managing departmental processes in a hybrid role at Solo Network Brasil. Ensuring compliance and supporting a dynamic team in human resources functions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing and controlling employee administrative processes, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring legal compliance, document organization and support for managers and teams.
  • Handling onboarding registrations, management of system access in a computerized HR system (HRIS), organization and verification of documents, agreements and contracts, as well as control of insurance and paid time off periods.
  • Responsible for managing reimbursements, validating payments to terminated employees and controlling the return of equipment.
  • Involved in onboarding, offboarding and employee status changes, including digital signatures, access blocking, badge control and scheduling medical exams.
  • Supporting employees and managers via email and Microsoft Teams, assisting with Personnel Department routines.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the Personnel Department is required.
  • Field of study: Administration, Human Resources, Payroll/Personnel (DP), Business Management or related areas.
