About the role
- Junior Administrative Analyst handling Supply Chain contracts at Construtora Tenda, ensuring contract governance and management of purchasing processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage Supply Chain contracts related to purchases executed by the Procurement team;
- Monitor the contract lifecycle from drafting through filing of the signed document;
- Oversee governance of executed contracts;
- Process order modifications and manage supplier linkages, reversals and cancellations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel);
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, proactivity, organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Experience with SAP and familiarity with procurement/purchasing processes are a plus;
