About the role
- Fiscal Analyst responsible for managing tax routine compliance and supporting internal processes. Ensuring accurate financial documentation and adherence to fiscal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, review, and record incoming invoices and invoices for services received, ensuring correct fiscal and tax classification.
- Verify invoices issued by the company, advising operational teams on the correct application of fiscal and tax rules.
- Support the implementation and periodic review of internal tax controls, ensuring organization, traceability, and compliance of information.
- Calculate taxes under the Brazilian "Lucro Real" (Actual Profit) tax regime, in accordance with current legislation and company procedures.
- Prepare and submit municipal, state, and federal tax filings and ancillary obligations, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines.
- Perform monthly tax reconciliations, identifying inconsistencies and making necessary adjustments.
- Provide technical support to the accounting department during accounting and tax closing processes.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date tax documentation and company tax records.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and contribute to the adjustment of internal processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Experience with service-providing companies.
- Experience with SAP Business One.
- Knowledge of tax legislation applicable to the environmental sector.
- Prior participation in projects to improve tax processes or automation.
