Lead Support Analyst ensuring IT equipment reliability and user support at Constellium. Collaborating with stakeholders and managing technical infrastructures for optimal operations.
Responsibilities
Ensure the reliability and longevity of IT equipment
Serve as the technical point of contact for all on-site stakeholders regarding IT operations
Deploy, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, printers, etc.)
Manage hardware obsolescence
Manage the lifecycle of client software and operating systems
Provide day-to-day Level 1 and 2 support
Process user access rights requests
Maintain internal IT documentation
Manage scheduling and activities of external service providers
Provide on-site presence to support operations
Requirements
Ideally hold a Bac+3 (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree) in IT
3 years' experience in a similar role within industry
Good knowledge of the following: Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, SCCM, and MDM
Knowledge of information system cybersecurity and computer networks is a plus
Proactive and open-minded
Advanced level of English
Category B driver's license and personal vehicle recommended
