About the role

  • Lead Support Analyst ensuring IT equipment reliability and user support at Constellium. Collaborating with stakeholders and managing technical infrastructures for optimal operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the reliability and longevity of IT equipment
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for all on-site stakeholders regarding IT operations
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, printers, etc.)
  • Manage hardware obsolescence
  • Manage the lifecycle of client software and operating systems
  • Provide day-to-day Level 1 and 2 support
  • Process user access rights requests
  • Maintain internal IT documentation
  • Manage scheduling and activities of external service providers
  • Provide on-site presence to support operations

Requirements

  • Ideally hold a Bac+3 (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree) in IT
  • 3 years' experience in a similar role within industry
  • Good knowledge of the following: Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, SCCM, and MDM
  • Knowledge of information system cybersecurity and computer networks is a plus
  • Proactive and open-minded
  • Advanced level of English
  • Category B driver's license and personal vehicle recommended
