About the role

  • Support Engineer for Blue Yonder TMS in a leading AI-driven supply chain solutions company. Responsible for customer engagements, product support, and satisfaction in a global team.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requests and support designed products/solutions
  • Document learnings and create knowledge articles
  • Maintain knowledge of customer solution and customization
  • Improve Customer Satisfaction by providing quality and timely solutions
  • Identify areas of improvement and scope of automation on routine tasks or activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (STEM preferred)
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in Application Support and Implementation
  • Experience of supporting BY TMS - SCM applications
  • Strong experience supporting BY TMS Web-application
  • Demonstrable experience supporting and maintenance of enterprise cloud solutions (Azure)
  • Experience with varied tools such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, JIRA, AppD, Splunk.
