About the role

  • You initiate first contact with prospective customers, reaching out to them using our latest sales tools.
  • You schedule initial product presentations and work closely with our Account Executives.
  • You take responsibility for the first part of the sales cycle, from scheduling to preparing and following up on meetings.
  • You use the CRM software HubSpot to keep everything organized and ensure efficient lead management.
  • You know how to develop and implement new cold outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • You have prior experience in acquisition and sales, preferably in B2B sales.
  • You demonstrate determination and ambition to take ownership of your personal success.
  • You have strong communication and persuasion skills, both verbal and written.
  • You proactively contribute your own ideas to elevate yourself and your team.
  • You want to build or advance a career in sales.
  • You speak German (native or as a second language) and have good English.
