About the role
- Product Line Manager responsible for product portfolio management and market strategies at congatec. Collaborating with Market Intelligence and Sales to launch innovative products.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for a product line within the Computer-on-Modules division
- Manage the portfolio throughout the product life cycle, including collection and analysis of key product metrics for continuous optimization of market success
- Conduct market, trend, and competitive analyses as a basis for decision-making to implement innovative and competitive products in close cooperation with Market Intelligence, Sales, R&D, and customers
- Support the development of new product strategies and define the product’s specific value proposition in collaboration with Market Intelligence
- Initiate new products, launch and position them in segment-specific markets, and adapt new technologies
- Define and apply the marketing mix for the product line you are responsible for
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, targeted presentations, sales webinars, and other product information for marketing purposes
- Manage product-related pricing based on our existing pricing strategy for the respective product line
- Support Sales and Business Development in global marketing activities and present products at trade shows, events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns
- Support the ongoing digitization of portfolio management within the existing IT infrastructure
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or another technical degree with professional experience in product management
- Very good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong customer orientation with a clear business focus
- Affinity for forward-looking computer technologies, combined with innovative thinking and creativity
- Openness to challenges and technical innovations
- Persuasive and assertive manner
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and business intelligence applications
