Responsibilities
- Define Strategic Vision: Establish the long-term roadmap for Data & AI, aligning technical initiatives with the company's overarching business objectives;
- Architecture and Scalability: Oversee the evolution of platforms (Data, ML, and AI), ensuring architectural decisions that prioritize scalability, security, governance, and cost efficiency;
- Democratization and Governance: Structure not only data consumption but corporate data governance, ensuring quality, privacy, and accessibility across the organization;
- Drive GenAI and Innovation: Lead the adoption of Generative and predictive AI, identifying high-ROI use cases and ensuring the ethical and responsible use of AI;
- Executive Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to the C-level and Directors, translating technical complexity into business value and identifying new revenue streams or operational efficiencies through data;
- Promote a data-driven culture across the organization, advancing data literacy, responsible use, and the democratization of data with accountability;
- Implement responsible and ethical AI practices, including fairness and Explainable AI (XAI);
- Operational Management: Establish monitoring rituals, KPIs, and delivery governance.
- KPI Management: Monitor metrics such as accuracy, cost per pipeline, cycle time, and AI ROI;
- Process Management: Oversee experimentation flows, reviews, and ML audits;
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end AI projects from conception to delivery;
- Develop and lead the data and AI governance strategy, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices;
- Build, train, and develop the data and AI governance team, including defining roles, responsibilities, routines, and performance indicators for the area;
- Serve as the governance focal point for internal stakeholders, promoting the efficient, secure, and responsible use of data and AI models.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Data Lake, Data Warehouse, pipelines, MLOps, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), semantic modeling, and business metrics.
- Strong experience in data management, BI, AI, and Machine Learning, including end-to-end projects
- Knowledge of data architecture (Data Lake, Data Warehouse), pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Strong command of quality and privacy policies, LGPD/GDPR, security, and access management.
