About the role

  • Customer Support Specialist for Reima handling inquiries via email and chat, ensuring customer satisfaction. Opportunity to work remotely or from our Estonian offices Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing great customer service to the customers via primarily email/chat, but also inbound phone calls
  • Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure a positive experience
  • Handle Finnish customer cases but also assist English when needed

Requirements

  • Fluent in Finnish and have a good command of English
  • A positive attitude & mindset towards customer service
  • Decent technical skills to handle our systems
  • Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce is not mandatory, but appreciated!
