Customer Support Specialist for Reima handling inquiries via email and chat, ensuring customer satisfaction. Opportunity to work remotely or from our Estonian offices Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
Bringing great customer service to the customers via primarily email/chat, but also inbound phone calls
Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure a positive experience
Handle Finnish customer cases but also assist English when needed
Requirements
Fluent in Finnish and have a good command of English
A positive attitude & mindset towards customer service
Decent technical skills to handle our systems
Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce is not mandatory, but appreciated!
