Responsibilities

Monitor and update the company's negative certificates (e.g., tax and labor clearance certificates).
Manage users and projects in the system.
Add and remove users on the corporate Uber platform.
Handle sending and receiving materials via the postal service and motorbike couriers.
Request corporate cards for new employees.
Request and manage corporate uniforms.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative activities
College degree or technical training in progress or completed
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
