About the role

  • Recruiting Coordinator managing candidate experiences through interviews and logistics at Commure healthcare solutions. Supporting the Talent Team in improving recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with our Talent Team to move candidates efficiently through our high-quality, fast-paced interview processes
  • Schedule candidate interviews and handle any type of candidate logistics in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage the candidate's experience throughout their journey, from the initial touchpoint to offer extensions. Initiate and contribute to projects that will improve and scale our recruiting workflows

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in coordinating and scheduling in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
  • Proven track record of developing and managing high-volume scheduling
  • Strong verbal and written communication with candidates of all levels, including VP and C-Suite.
  • Outcome-oriented coordinator with strong attention to detail and a proven track record of thriving in ambiguity
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally with the Commure + Athelas team.
