- Junior Lawyer working with commercial contracts and legal marketing in a dynamic environment at Comgás, contributing to strategic projects.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts executed with clients across the residential, commercial, CNG, industrial and other segments
- Respond to legal inquiries, especially regarding contractual clauses
- Conduct legal review of advertising and marketing materials
- Participate in the company's strategic projects
- Provide training to commercial consultants
- Manage legal department documents, reports and internal controls
- Support internal departments with various legal requests
Requirements
- Law degree with active OAB registration
- Postgraduate degree or specialized courses
- Preferred: Basic knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERPs used in the area
- Basic knowledge of consumer law and contract law, and basic understanding of civil litigation
- Previous experience in contracts and regulation (advantage)
- Knowledge of consumer law, intellectual property and regulation (advantage)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, proactive and able to work with different areas of the company
