Responsibilities
- Manage ramp-up projects to achieve KPIs such as OEE and cycle time
- Set deadlines and forecast resource requirements
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports for management
- Develop mitigation plans and manage risks
- Train a multidisciplinary team in equipment and processes
- Support the commissioning Department
- Work with a Junior Engineer to achieve project goals
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant experience
- 3-4 years of work experience in Project Management
- Post Graduation in Project Management is a plus
- SixSigma certifications is a plus
- English Level: B2 – Upper Intermediate level
- Good communication skills
