Launch Engineer applying APQP methodology for automotive programs at ZF. Coordinating technical implementation and requirements in manufacturing environments in Toluca, Mexico.
Responsibilities
To apply the APQP methodology for new programs and engineering changes, maintain the ENGIS system.
Review client sites and feed information when required.
Coordinates the implementation in shopfloor of specific customer requirements.
Engineering changes: Request deviations and engineering changes from the customer.
In charge of all the technical implementation (manufacture, quality, purchasing, logistics) in shoopflor to ensure the SOP from a manufacture perspective.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Engineering /Mechanical or Industrial
5+ years of experience in launching of new programs for automotive business
Excellent Communications Skills
Fluent in English is a must
Minimum 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment
Good written and oral communications skills
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
MS project desirable
Ability to prioritize and schedule daily tasks, ability to effectively facilitate teams.
