Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of PSA Offers buyers, developing tailored strategies to grow their businesses
Monitor buying performance and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
Guide new sellers through setup, best practices, and marketplace tools to ensure smooth adoption and success
Advise accounts on pricing, inventory strategy, and other opportunities to improve conversion and buying velocity
Represent account needs internally by surfacing insights and feature requests that improve PSA Offers performance and usability
Support special programs, campaigns, or events designed to drive awareness and participation in PSA Offers
Requirements
Deep experience and familiarity with trading cards
Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, including external, and drive measurable business outcomes
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
2–5+ years of experience in account management or client success (preferably in eCommerce, collectibles, or B2B SaaS)
