Responsibilities
Identify and research target corporate clients across European markets
Conduct high-volume cold outreach to prospective clients
Attend industry conferences and networking events to generate and convert new B2B leads
Qualify prospects and manage the full outbound sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
Pitch products in meetings, events, and direct sales conversations
Prepare tailored commercial proposals and negotiate deal terms
Achieve sales KPIs and revenue targets through proactive outbound activity
Transfer newly acquired clients to Account Management for onboarding and ongoing management
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
Gather market feedback and communicate insights to internal stakeholders
Requirements
Proven experience working with Business Accounts and corporate payment solutions (IBAN, SEPA/SWIFT, or equivalent)
Experience in B2B sales within banking, EMI, or payments institutions
Strong track record in outbound B2B sales and client acquisition
Ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline
Strong negotiation and closing skills in a deal-driven environment
Fluent Russian and English, additional languages are considered an advantage
Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Europe
