Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day running of a multi-million dollar store
  • Achieve key commercial targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and deliver the store retail plan
  • Accountable for all aspects of the store operations

Requirements

  • Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (100+)
  • Proven experience working in a fast paced, complex environment
  • Ensure key commercial targets are met or exceeded
  • Keep things simple and inspire customers with visual merchandising, safety, compliance and auditing standards
  • Be customer obsessed and understand diverse customers
  • Drive a one team culture prioritizing health, safety and wellbeing
  • Ability to look ahead, energise your team and deliver with pride.
