  • District Sales Manager leading and developing sales teams for Coca-Cola products. Responsible for driving company revenue goals and managing key customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading, directing, and developing a group of assigned Account Developers
  • Foster key customer relationships and cross-functional partnerships
  • Participate in the strategic planning of key initiatives
  • Ensure proper reporting of outcomes to meet goals
  • Manage, lead, and motivate a team to deliver results through effective performance management, coaching, and training

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid in-state Driver’s License; excellent driving history
  • Knowledge of CCCI Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery operations along with advanced selling skills
  • Prior leadership and management experience a plus.
