Responsibilities
Oversee execution of activities by contracts and technology partners focused on User Experience, ensuring that contracted service, resolution, and monitoring levels are being met.
Participate in the delivery of technology upgrade projects and identify infrastructure requirements to support business demands.
Serve as the Technology focal point for all technology matters at FEMSA units within the assigned region, and provide Level 3 support for high-impact incidents following Crisis Management best practices and ITIL processes.
Analyze performance indicators for contracts and managed environments, and manage the lifecycle of service contracts and infrastructure licensing.
Continuously pursue optimization, technological updates, and modernization of IT environments and tools used by FEMSA employees — including processes, procedures, controls, and metrics — to simplify use of these resources and minimize incidents or service interruptions.
Continually seek improvements in processes, procedures, controls, and metrics to simplify IT environment management and reduce the occurrence of incidents or service interruptions.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree (completed)
Desired experience: 5 years providing IT support for complex operations
Technical knowledge: ITIL processes, cost management, Microsoft O365 solutions, videoconferencing solutions, general PC/microcomputer support, basic infrastructure concepts
Languages: Intermediate English and Spanish
