Responsibilities
Responsible for executing, monitoring and supporting processes related to the hiring, control and management of third-party contractors and temporary employees, working operationally and analytically to ensure compliance with internal policies, labor legislation, safety standards and existing contracts.
Collaborates with temporary staffing agencies to monitor the management of temporary workers, supporting profile alignment, SLA adherence and the quality of deliverables.
Provides support to local HR teams and requesting areas, ensuring document verification, compliance with legal requirements and adherence to company standards and policies, interfacing with suppliers, Legal and Occupational Health & Safety.
Contributes to the continuous improvement of area processes, supporting the monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs), SLA control and the implementation of operational improvements.
Execute and monitor the complete lifecycle of third-party and temporary worker management, including admission requests, document control, record updates, terminations and entries in the SG3 system, ensuring compliance, accuracy and timely completion.
Receive, analyze and direct requests related to third-party and temporary worker management, ensuring process standardization, adherence to corporate policies and effective support for requesting areas.
Support the development, testing, maintenance and evolution of dashboards and management reports in Power BI related to contractor and temporary workforce management, overtime, absenteeism and financial indicators, contributing to analysis and decision-making.
Update, validate and maintain management databases (such as Manager Database and Terminated Employees Database – unauthorized access), ensuring the integrity, consistency and reliability of information.
Participate in projects, alignment meetings, forums and area follow-ups, supporting system testing, implementation of operational improvements and evolution of processes and systems.
Identify points of attention and opportunities to improve operational processes, proposing corrective and preventive actions together with agencies, on-site teams and partner areas.
Participate in periodic meetings with HR teams, HR Business Partners (BPs), suppliers, technical areas and partners, contributing to alignment of processes, indicators and operational demands.
Support internal and external audits, assisting in non-conformity analyses, document organization and implementation of improvements to mitigate risks.
Support emergency operational situations, assisting units and performing on-site visits when necessary, as directed by leadership.
Work in an integrated manner in the management of temporary workers, monitoring action plans focused on quality, efficiency and deadline compliance from hiring to termination, ensuring alignment with profiles and company policies.
Contribute to studies and continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, digitization and process automation.
Support the preparation, consolidation and analysis of service surveys, contributing reports and inputs to improve the experience with agencies and partners.
Execute internal communications for the temporary workforce area, preparing and disseminating notices to suppliers and managers according to established guidelines.
Participate in indicator presentation meetings, performing critical analyses and supporting the construction of corrective and preventive action plans.
Record, monitor and direct technical requests to the responsible areas (Executive and FEMSA), ensuring traceability and feedback to involved areas.
Support monitoring of temporary agency performance, tracking indicators (KPIs) and service levels (SLAs), contributing to the quality and consistency of deliveries.
Support financial control of temporary workers, including payroll verification, variable compensation, FTEs and provisions, ensuring compliance and adherence to corporate deadlines.
Control and monitor temporary positions, tracking open vacancies, active and closed contracts, and the progress of related processes, ensuring proper closure of positions in alignment with requesting areas and agencies.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Psychology or related fields.
Experience: Minimum experience managing contractors and temporary staff; experience with audits, recruitment and selection, labor compliance, employment legislation and vendor/supplier relationship management.
Systemic perspective and results orientation, with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
