Requirements
- Have 10+ years of relevant experience in a corporate or retail strategy function, including at least 8 years of leadership experience.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in business (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Experience in retail operations and service design is considered an asset.
- Experience in the co-operative sector is considered an asset.
- Possess strong financial acumen.
