About the role

  • Lead the planning and execution of participant engagement programs across departments
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of program milestones
  • Manage segmentation strategies and outreach initiatives to support engagement goals
  • Oversee and maintain the participant engagement dashboard, ensuring data accuracy and usability
  • Facilitate stakeholder communications and reporting on program performance
  • Support the implementation and adoption of participant engagement tools and platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to enhance participant experience
  • Monitor program outcomes and recommend improvements based on insights
  • Assist with issue resolution and support special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Program Management, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in the financial services industry
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Comfort with technical concepts and tools used in program execution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially project tracking and dashboard tools
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and priorities
