About the role

  • Talent Management Director driving talent agenda and initiatives for CEVA Logistics in North America. Leading development, retention, and acquisition of talent across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic talent agenda to attract, develop, and deploy talent across the business
  • Lead talent acquisition, organizational development, and succession planning efforts
  • Implement organizational talent reviews and developmental action plans
  • Collaborate with global teams to design and deploy talent initiatives
  • Enhance employee experience and engagement throughout the lifecycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required, Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Management including talent acquisition leadership experience
  • Strong influential leadership with a proven track record in talent development programs
  • Understanding and ability to apply project management principles
  • Experience with executive coaching and psychometrics for leadership development
  • Excellent stakeholder management
