Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree is required, Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Management including talent acquisition leadership experience
Strong influential leadership with a proven track record in talent development programs
Understanding and ability to apply project management principles
Experience with executive coaching and psychometrics for leadership development
