About the role
- Logistics Handling Operations Operator at CEVA Logistics ensuring compliant loading and unloading of containers. Responsible for vehicle checks, organization of stacking areas, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the loading and unloading of containers at the yard in accordance with the rules and procedures established by CMA CGM TCD
- Check the general condition of the vehicle before starting operations
- Load and unload containers at the yard
- Position empty containers in the stacking areas
- Weigh full containers that have already been stacked
- Organize the bays in accordance with stacking standards
- Ensure the rational and preventive operation of vehicles
Requirements
- BTS or DTS diploma in Equipment Operation certification
- At least 2 years of experience in the transport sector or in a similar role
- Proficient in IT tools (Word, Excel)
- Fluent in French
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent team player
- Thorough, vigilant, and punctual
- Able to adapt to pressure
- Able to manage stress and fatigue despite the volume of work
