About the role

  • Customer Service Professional in ocean transportation at CEVA Logistics. Responsible for managing customer inquiries, shipments, and implementation of services and products.

Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for allocated customers
  • Proactively inform customer on shipment status and exceptions
  • Handle customer requests and inquiries
  • Implement new customers, products, lines, services based on Ocean Product
  • Pass on leads to Business Development
  • Resolve customer complaints and report to customers

Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in transportation, logistics
  • Advanced English
  • Min 2 years of experience in ocean transportation
  • Ability to coordinate, plan and monitor at national level Ocean projects
  • Experience within Ocean Operations Specialist
