Responsibilities
Functional analysis and implementation of management processes based on customer-defined requirements, verifying with the internal operational structure the possible solutions to adopt while respecting specific needs.
Application and training in Lean methods and techniques (5S, FMEA, Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
Support in defining and coordinating projects aimed at improving the efficiency of operational processes.
Support to the Manager in defining methods for collecting and summarizing productivity, quality, and service level data.
Requirements
Degree in Management Engineering (specialization in Supply Chain Management and Logistics is a plus).
Previous experience with 3PL logistics operators.
Analytical approach and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Willingness to travel frequently (75%).
