Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s a plus) and 0–3 years of experience in BPM, digital transformation, or consulting.
- Knowledge or interest in Business Process Management and process modeling (BPMN/EPC preferred).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and attentive to detail with the ability to work across industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Python or SQL is a plus.
