About the role

  • Sales Support representative managing order processes for B2B clients in Spain and Benelux. A dynamic role in the watch and lifestyle brand CLUSE supporting customer inquiries and order management.

Responsibilities

  • Processing and approving new orders;
  • Invoicing dispatched order and assisting customers with tracking;
  • Setting up new customers accounts in the ERP system (Netsuite);
  • Handling paid repairs and warranty requests;
  • Solving any ad hoc requests from your customers (e-mails and phone calls);
  • Executing tasks specific to your key accounts.

Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills in English and Spanish;
  • Good written communication skills in Dutch is preferred;
  • Experience with MS Office. Knowledge of Netsuite, Shopify and/or Gorgias is a plus;
  • You pick up new systems and processes quickly;
  • You are customer-oriented, flexible, service-minded, commercial and proactive;
  • You are available 5 days a week.
