Sales Support representative managing order processes for B2B clients in Spain and Benelux. A dynamic role in the watch and lifestyle brand CLUSE supporting customer inquiries and order management.
Responsibilities
Processing and approving new orders;
Invoicing dispatched order and assisting customers with tracking;
Setting up new customers accounts in the ERP system (Netsuite);
Handling paid repairs and warranty requests;
Solving any ad hoc requests from your customers (e-mails and phone calls);
Executing tasks specific to your key accounts.
Requirements
Excellent written communication skills in English and Spanish;
Good written communication skills in Dutch is preferred;
Experience with MS Office. Knowledge of Netsuite, Shopify and/or Gorgias is a plus;
You pick up new systems and processes quickly;
You are customer-oriented, flexible, service-minded, commercial and proactive;
You are available 5 days a week.
