About the role

  • Business Development Representative responsible for identifying and engaging prospective Cloudflare accounts in Japan. Collaborating with strategic partners and contributing to sales efforts in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying and researching prospective Cloudflare accounts in our Enterprise segment
  • Conduct outreach to appropriate contacts within each account
  • Source meetings, and run discovery calls using sales qualification frameworks
  • Work closely with Strategic/Enterprise Account Executives to close opportunities sourced

Requirements

  • 2+ year of experience in BDR or in a similar capacity in technology industry is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and curiosity
  • Aptitude to learn technical concepts/terms
  • Track record of successful business development in Enterprise segment territory in tech sales environment
