- Oversee the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of training solutions.
- Manage team performance and development by providing coaching, mentoring, and clear growth pathways for team members.
- Act as a subject matter expert in training processes, standards, and tools.
- Use business data, training evaluation insights, and external best practices for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in training and development or a related role.
- Proven experience in analysing, designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
- Proven experience in managing training teams: recruitment, capacity, performance, development.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and content authoring tools.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
