About the role

  • Account Manager (BDR) supporting retail partnerships at StickerYou. Blending account support with active business development in Toronto, Ontario.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned retail accounts with professionalism and responsiveness
  • Maintain strong relationships with buyers and retail partners
  • Oversee order management, pricing, and product launches
  • Monitor inventory, forecasts, and sell-through performance
  • Ensure accurate reporting and timely communication internally and externally
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand SKU listings and distribution
  • Support new retail outreach and prospecting initiatives
  • Prepare sales presentations, line reviews, and promotional proposals
  • Analyze sales data to uncover growth opportunities
  • Contribute to seasonal planning and new product introductions
  • Partner with operations, marketing, and finance teams to execute retail programs
  • Support trade shows, market appointments, and retailer meetings
  • Help ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and/or account management (Must have experience with outreach & prospecting)
  • Postsecondary degree / diploma in related field
  • Strong English verbal and written communication and great relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable presenting to buyers and internal stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Suite, Excel
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
