Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level clinical and technical support for electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Serve as subject matter expert on EMR workflows, offering support to clinicians
  • Provide clinician training and support in various formats
  • Assist with EMR workflow knowledge, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and collaborate with design and implementation teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3 years' experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a multi-entity health care system OR High School Diploma / GED or equivalent and 7 years of experience OR Associates Degree and 5 years of experience
  • Experience in a medically related field such as nursing, pharmacy, medical technology or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
  • ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of the position start date
  • Must have strong clinical background and knowledge of patient care settings and clinical practice
