About the role

  • Technical Customer Support for Heizkurier GmbH providing mobile heating solutions. Phone support for customer inquiries and technical issues primarily in Bonn, Augsburg, or Fulda.

Responsibilities

  • Phone-based support and handling of technical customer inquiries
  • Processing and resolving current customer complaints during the operation of sold or rented systems
  • Support for internal departments outside the “Service” area
  • Technical and operational assistance for other departments
  • Carrying out on-site service visits at the customer’s location when required

Requirements

  • Completed technical training or very good technical understanding in the plumbing, heating and HVAC (SHK) sector and/or plant engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in technical customer support or field service is an advantage
  • Resilience and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • High level of responsibility and an independent, structured way of working
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Willingness to undertake occasional on-site customer assignments
