About the role

  • Head of Sales and Customer Service managing a team for an E-Commerce company specializing in tent solutions. Ensuring efficient processes and continuous improvement in sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, moderate and lead regular team meetings and briefings
  • Actively motivate and further develop the France team
  • Continuously improve and advance our sales processes
  • Ensure efficient and smooth workflows across the entire order tracking and order fulfillment process
  • Drive and monitor service and sales targets as well as related performance metrics (KPIs)
  • Manage and coordinate interfaces with other departments
  • Structured, sustainable and cross-team rollout of new and optimized processes

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in sales and service environments
  • Ideally some first-line management/leadership experience
  • Confident use of reporting and sales control tools
  • Strong communication skills in German and French
  • Customer-oriented, organized and independent working style
  • Confident with common IT systems, e.g., CRM and reporting tools
