About the role

  • Multinational Customer Service Specialist in International insurance servicing clients in cooperation with external partners. Contributing to the management of insurance in the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities

  • Support the seamless experience of customers and brokers with our services.
  • Observe key performance indicators including the speed of local policy issuance, reinsurance premium collection.
  • Maintaining the quality of data in administrative systems.
  • Assuring the consistency of local insurance policies and our commitment to the global customer.
  • Conduct all activities in line with operating protocols.
  • Provide support to customers, colleagues and insurance partners on less usual queries and arrangements.
  • Maintain and further develop the relationships with insurance partners.

Requirements

  • Passion for insurance, communication and international trade.
  • Experience in international insurance, fronting business, non-life underwriting, reinsurance or claims is advantage.
  • Technical knowledge of non-life products and operations (Property, Liability, Technical, Motor, Financial lines) is advantage.
  • Excellent English is a must, additional language (Chinese language) is an advantage.
