About the role

  • Sales Enablement Manager building sales enablement systems and content at Clay. Designing onboarding and workshops for Go-To-Market Engineers to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design and scale onboarding and ever-boarding programs for success.
  • Conduct workshops and certifications for GTME skills development.
  • Capture and scale best practices through frameworks and playbooks.
  • Develop and maintain resources to improve knowledge sharing.
  • Translate product releases into customer-facing plays for adoption.
  • Collaborate with PMM and GTME leadership for alignment.
  • Measure enablement impact on adoption and revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in an enablement or sales, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Strong communicator and facilitator comfortable with workshops and executive-level conversations.
  • Technically fluent in data workflows, integrations, and automation concepts.
  • Experience in building and scaling enablement programs including onboarding, ever-boarding, certifications, and playbooks.
  • Experience in content building and managing enablement systems (e.g., Notion, Gong, or an LMS).
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, bringing structure and clarity.
  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to partner across GTM for team growth.
