About the role

  • Senior Manager managing go-to-market systems to ensure operational stability and reliability at Euna Solutions. Overseeing a team and collaborating cross-functionally to drive business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own production stability, release management, and incident response across the GTM systems stack
  • Lead root-cause analysis, remediation, and trend reporting to prevent repeat issues
  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, data integrity, and integration health
  • Map, document, and maintain end-to-end system workflows supporting lead-to-opportunity, deal operations, quote-to-order, renewals, and cross-functional handoffs
  • Translate business requirements into system designs, implementation plans, and execution roadmaps
  • Lead deployment of new GTM tools, enhancements, and workflow optimizations, including change management, testing, and release standards
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Enablement, and Finance to define the GTM systems roadmap and manage backlog and prioritization
  • Manage and develop a growing team of GTM systems administrators, analysts, and developers
  • Set clear expectations for delivery quality, timelines, and execution standards
  • Manage external vendors and implementation partners, including scoping, delivery oversight, outcomes, and budget management
  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations to define, document, and operationalize GTM processes and business rules
  • Support GTM tool evaluation and procurement in partnership with Finance and GTM leadership
  • Work with Enablement to drive adoption of GTM tools and workflows
  • Serve as the primary GTM systems point of contact for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success leadership

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of experience owning GTM systems in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Hands-on leadership of Salesforce and CPQ implementations supporting quote-to-cash and renewals
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end GTM workflows, including lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, renewals, and cross-functional handoffs
  • Proven ability to deliver complex system initiatives end-to-end with strong execution discipline
  • Experience enforcing system standards and making tradeoffs to protect stability and data integrity
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across stakeholders under real constraints
  • Experience leading GTM systems teams and external vendors with consistent, high-quality delivery
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical work into business impact for senior stakeholders
  • Experience supporting system integrations, data migrations, or post-acquisition platform consolidation (Nice to Have)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (Nice to Have)
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, CPQ) (Nice to Have)
  • PMP, Agile, or similar delivery certifications (Nice to Have)
