HR operations intern facilitating employee onboarding and HR system processes for a global organization. Involves troubleshooting, project support, and data management across HR functions.
Responsibilities
Support the new employee journey by drafting employment contracts and preparing all necessary onboarding documents.
Keep our HR ecosystem (HiBob, Pinpoint, and Deputy) healthy by processing employee changes and ensuring data is 100% accurate.
Be the go-to person for proof of employment and other official verification letters.
Support a global project to update company documents following recent entity changes, ensuring our admin is organized and compliant across all platforms.
Manage the employee referral program, tracking candidate progress, communicating with referrers, and drafting bonus letters.
Monitor and track sick leave registrations, ensuring the right people have the right info at the right time.
Oversee our anniversary program, making sure employees reaching their 5, 10, and 15-year milestones are celebrated.
Perform regular checks on employee files to ensure we are always audit-ready.
Host HR immersions for new employees.
Jump into ad-hoc HR projects, from employee well-being initiatives to testing new HR tech innovations.
