Responsibilities
The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing omnichannel paid media campaigns.
Must be proficient with the main media channels — including Google, Meta, TikTok and Retail Media — and have knowledge of programmatic advertising.
You will own the full campaign lifecycle: client onboarding, media planning, execution, A/B testing and performance reporting, ensuring clear ROI and ROAS outcomes.
Strong organization, adherence to deadlines and proficiency with our internal CRM SENTR are essential.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience managing paid media campaigns (preferably at a digital agency).
Proven track record of campaigns with measurable results (ROI/ROAS).
Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads; experience with TikTok, Retail Media and programmatic advertising is a plus.
Experience across the full campaign lifecycle — from onboarding to final reporting.
Ability to set up, analyze and apply learnings from A/B tests.
Excellent organizational skills and experience working with CRMs (SENTR, HubSpot or similar).
Fluent in Spanish and additionally fluent in either English or Portuguese (required).
Analytical, proactive and results-oriented profile.
