About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the paid social vision across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging channels. Align channel strategy to client revenue targets, contribution margins, and broader growth objectives.
  • Build, mentor, and retain a best-in-class paid media team. Create a culture centered on accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement while establishing clear performance standards.
  • Set the gold standard for account structure, testing methodology, creative iteration, and optimization. Ensure campaigns are built for scale, not short-term spikes.
  • Drive forecasting, budget allocation, pacing, and efficiency across the client portfolio. Maintain a sharp focus on CAC, MER, incrementality, and contribution profit — not vanity metrics.
  • Partner closely with creative, affiliate, lifecycle, and analytics teams to ensure paid social operates as part of a cohesive growth engine rather than a siloed channel.
  • Stay ahead of platform shifts, AI-driven tooling, and evolving consumer behavior. Introduce new frameworks, automation opportunities, and testing strategies that compound performance over time.
  • Serve as a senior strategic advisor to key clients. Lead executive-level conversations, present performance insights, and guide long-term growth planning with confidence and clarity.
  • Establish processes that support speed without sacrificing accuracy. Implement rigorous QA, reporting standards, and workflow structures that enable the agency to scale.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in paid social, with 2+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally within a high-growth agency environment
  • Experience working with high-growth DTC brands, with a strong understanding of ecommerce economics, conversion dynamics, merchandising strategy, and full-funnel customer acquisition
  • Proven experience managing large budgets and multi-platform programs that drive measurable revenue impact
  • Deep platform expertise across Meta and TikTok, with strong familiarity in emerging and performance-oriented channels
  • Strong command of forecasting, attribution, and modern ecommerce metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to translate creative strategy into performance outcomes
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience leading executive-level client relationships
  • Experience building and developing high-performing teams
  • Highly operational with a bias toward action and accountability
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments where priorities evolve quickly**
