Responsibilities
Responsible for performance marketing activities in the Italian market
Manage and optimize campaigns
Test and iterate different campaign types and channels to determine the best multi-channel mix
Conduct performance analyses of campaigns and identify new growth opportunities
Perform keyword research and run A/B tests to achieve high profitability and conversion rates
Responsible for budget planning, forecasting, and balancing short-term impact with a clear long-term roadmap
Requirements
Extensive professional experience in performance marketing and SEA, ideally in B2C lead generation
Strong knowledge of conversion goals (definition & implementation), offline conversion tracking, bidding strategies, and campaign management
Technical proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads Editor, Excel, and ideally Tableau
Experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads
Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Fluent communication skills in Italian and English; German is a plus
