Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute digital campaigns via platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display YouTube), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), DV360, LinkedIn, and others.
Manage daily campaign activities, optimize performance, and ensure that campaigns meet or exceed KPIs and ROI targets.
Analyze campaign data, prepare detailed reports, interpret insights, and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization.
Be responsible for team leadership and development.
Organize day-to-day work for your team, provide guidance & trainings and help them grow.
Coordinate with creative, data, and client service teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, tools, and performance marketing technologies; evaluate emerging opportunities.
Manage budgets, billing, and invoicing processes related to digital media campaigns.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize campaign success.
Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
4-5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance media (agency or client side).
Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta platforms, display advertising, and programmatic channels (e.g., DV360).
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Google Analytics, Web Analytics, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
Highly proficient in reporting through Google Looker Studio.
Deep knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
Advanced measurement experience like BLS, Viewability, Cross-Channels efficiencies, etc.
Experience in SEO including audits, keyword research, and content strategies will be considered a plus.
Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Blueprint are highly desirable.
Excellent communication, presentation, and management skills.
Fluency in English.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
