About the role

  • Performance Marketing Manager developing digital marketing campaigns for Ogilvy Greece. Leading campaign strategies and optimizing performance across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute digital campaigns via platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display YouTube), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), DV360, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Manage daily campaign activities, optimize performance, and ensure that campaigns meet or exceed KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Analyze campaign data, prepare detailed reports, interpret insights, and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization.
  • Be responsible for team leadership and development.
  • Organize day-to-day work for your team, provide guidance & trainings and help them grow.
  • Coordinate with creative, data, and client service teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, tools, and performance marketing technologies; evaluate emerging opportunities.
  • Manage budgets, billing, and invoicing processes related to digital media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize campaign success.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance media (agency or client side).
  • Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta platforms, display advertising, and programmatic channels (e.g., DV360).
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Google Analytics, Web Analytics, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
  • Highly proficient in reporting through Google Looker Studio.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
  • Advanced measurement experience like BLS, Viewability, Cross-Channels efficiencies, etc.
  • Experience in SEO including audits, keyword research, and content strategies will be considered a plus.
  • Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Blueprint are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and management skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
