About the role

  • Senior Talent Acquisition Partner designing talent strategies and hiring processes for tech clients. Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Embed directly into our high-growth client and own the end-to-end talent strategy for critical roles
  • Design talent strategies, architect hiring processes, and bring world-class talent into clients' teams
  • Conduct deep market analysis to identify talent liquidity patterns and generate insights

Requirements

  • Fluency in German & English is a must
  • Strong experience partnering with high-velocity venture and growth-stage B2B SaaS or tech companies on Product and/or tech hiring
  • Proven track record as an in-house, RPO, or embedded recruiter owning end-to-end searches in high-trajectory environments
