About the role

  • Senior Talent Partner driving tech hiring strategies and processes tailored for high-growth clients. Collaborating directly with employers to enhance their talent acquisition practices.

Responsibilities

  • Embed directly into our high-growth client and own the end-to-end talent strategy for critical tech roles
  • Shape and execute a talent strategy to attract top-performing Product talent, rapidly increasing talent density in our clients’ teams
  • Build influential relationships with hiring managers and Product leaders, advising them on talent strategy, workforce planning, and process design that creates impact

Requirements

  • Strong experience partnering with high-velocity venture and growth-stage B2B SaaS or tech companies on Product and/or tech hiring
  • Proven track record as an in-house, RPO, or embedded recruiter owning end-to-end searches in high-trajectory environments
