  • Partner responsible for acquiring and executing M&A projects in core sectors for Clairfield International. Collaborating with global teams and overseeing project management in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

  • As a partner with an entrepreneurial approach, you are responsible for originating and executing national and international M&A projects in your core sectors.
  • You manage the projects and the key tasks supported by our team in Germany, our more than 20 industry advisory boards and over 450 Clairfield professionals worldwide.

Requirements

  • Extensive professional experience (at least 8 years) in M&A, corporate finance or investment banking
  • A network within your core sectors and direct access to decision-makers
  • Professionalism in line with a leading international M&A advisory firm
  • Understanding of the upper mid-market and mid-market transaction dynamics
  • Enthusiasm for M&A
  • Entrepreneurial and independent thinking and acting
  • Entrepreneurial DNA, an M&A mindset and an uncompromising client-service mentality
