Responsibilities

Consults with business leaders and subject matter experts to assess training needs and learning objectives to recommend solutions
Effectively partners and collaborates with Business areas, Project teams, and subject matter experts to research, create, and implement learning and development strategies and initiatives
Uses knowledge of and experience with classroom and virtual facilitation, instructional design, and instructional media to create blended learning solutions across a variety of platforms.
Demonstrates ability to learn new, complex content quickly and create and deliver training effectively.
Leads Train the Trainer sessions to prepare Trainers for effective learning delivery across all modalities.
Requirements
5+ years of experience, including Sales Training
4-year degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong desire to participate in building the training ecosystem for a start-up, growth business within a large organization
Experience with facilitation skills in both webinar and classroom training sessions
Experience in the life insurance, financial services, or employee benefits markets highly desired
Ability to work autonomously, setting an agenda in line with company priorities and driving high-impact, high-quality work product through collaborative and individual efforts.
